Shipping Policy
At Breadcoins.com, we take great care shipping your collectible coins and precious metals safely and on time.
Order Confirmation
Orders are not valid until Breadcoins accepts them. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline orders, or discontinue accepting orders at any time. If a product sells out after you place your order, we will either process your order partially and refund the difference, or cancel your order in full - your choice.
You will receive a confirmation email within one business day. A second email with tracking information follows once your order ships. If you do not receive a confirmation within one business day, contact us at info@breadcoins.com.
Processing Time
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times begin after processing completes.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
Shipping rates appear at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected method. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Breadcoins selects from USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your package. The carrier shown at checkout is an estimate. We choose the best available option to protect your order in transit.
Domestic Shipping
Breadcoins ships to all 50 United States. All shipments include tracking information sent to you by email once your order ships. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for orders that require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a physical address for those orders.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Packaging and Security
Every order receives careful attention before it leaves our hands:
- Coins ship in individual protective sleeves or capsules
- All packages use secure, discreet outer packaging
- High-value orders ship with additional protective measures
Signature Requirements
Orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. This protects you and ensures your package reaches you directly.
Shipping Insurance
We recommend adding shipping insurance for orders over $100. Insurance protects your purchase against loss or damage in transit. Insurance options are available at checkout. Breadcoins packages ship without insurance unless you select this option.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Track your package directly on the carrier website or through your Breadcoins.com account.
Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged, is lost, or does not arrive by the expected date, contact us within 48 hours at info@breadcoins.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
