A beechwood rolling pin, 23 inches long and 1.5 inches wide, built around removable end caps that set the rolling height. With the caps on, dough rolls out to an even thickness without a separate guide or spacer. With them off, the center section works as a slimmer 18 inch pin for smaller or more delicate jobs.
A ruler is laser-etched along the length of the pin. You can size a round of dough against a pie plate or tart pan as you roll, instead of lifting the pan to check. The long barrel also covers wide sheets of dough for pie crust, cookies, or pasta in fewer passes.
