Strathmore 300 Series Bristol Paper Pad with Prismacolor Premier 12 Count Colored Pencils | Art Bundle

The Strathmore 300 Series Bristol Pad gives students and hobby artists a quality drawing surface at an accessible price point. The smooth-finish paper takes a wide range of dry and wet media, making it a versatile choice for the early stages of serious art practice.

The smooth surface particularly suits mechanical drawing, marker work, airbrush techniques, and pen-and-ink illustration. The 100-pound basis weight gives you a sturdy sheet that handles multiple passes and resists warping under light wet media, while the acid-free composition means your work stays bright and stable for years rather than yellowing the way cheap sketch paper does.

Each tape-bound pad contains 20 sheets sized 14 x 17 inches, a generous working area for figure studies, technical drawings, and full-page illustrations. Strathmore manufactures the pad in the United States, a detail that matters to artists who care where their materials come from.
