The iSi Cream Profi Whip is a professional cream whipper for fresh whipped cream, cold foam and dessert toppings, made in two sizes: 1 pint and 1 quart. Fill it with cold cream, add a charger, shake, and dispense light, stable whipped cream whenever you need it.

It is built for speed and repeat use. The head dispenses about 140 ml in roughly two seconds, so one bottle keeps up with a busy coffee line or a table of plated desserts. Sealed and airtight, whipped cream stays fresh in the refrigerator for 7 days or more with nothing added, so you can prep once and serve all week. It works with dairy cream and with plant-based cream such as oat, soy and coconut. Use full-fat cream and keep it well chilled.

The stainless steel bottle is pressure tested, and the airtight head, ergonomic lever and two included tips give you a clean, even line of cream instead of a splutter. The whole whipper comes apart in seconds for cleaning, and everything except the charger holder is dishwasher safe. It is NSF certified and covered by a 2-year warranty, or 3 years when registered with iSi.

Choose the size that fits how you serve. The 1 pint takes one charger per fill and suits home kitchens and small batches. The 1 quart takes two chargers per fill and suits entertaining, cafes and bakeries. Note: iSi food grade 8.4 g cream chargers are required for use and are sold separately.
