This is the countertop paper towel holder: a stainless steel upright on a weighted base that holds one roll at a time. A U-shaped handle at the top lets you lift and carry it, and a side bar adds drag to the roll so a sheet tears off cleanly without the whole roll unspooling.
The base is weighted so the roll turns without the stand tipping or sliding, and a silicone pad underneath grips the counter and protects the surface from scuffs. It stands 12.4 inches tall on a 7.1 inch base, which suits most countertops and half baths, and it takes standard and large rolls. It has no mounting hardware, so the same holder moves from the kitchen to a patio table, bathroom, or RV when the job changes.
Assembly is by hand. The tubes screw into the base with no tools, and the holder is ready as soon as the roll is on.
