A handheld digital thermometer with two sensors in one body. A non-contact infrared sensor reads surface temperature, and a fold-out thermocouple probe reads internal temperature. The large backlit display shows both readings at the same time, so there is no mode to switch between.
Point the infrared sensor at a pizza oven, grill, griddle, air fryer basket, or a skillet you are preheating, and it reads the surface without contact. Use the probe on roasts, chicken, beef, pork, and fish to check the internal temperature. The infrared sensor reads the surface only, so it does not replace the probe for doneness.

We stock this because it covers two jobs that usually take two tools: checking that a pan or grill is hot enough before food goes on, and checking that the food inside is done. The probe folds away and the magnet holds it to a metal surface, so it stays within reach and off the counter.
